Welcome to Hästannons.se (the "Service"), operated by WeFlipped Group AB, org. no. 559535-6857 ("We", "Us"). By using our service you accept these terms.
Hästannons.se is a digital marketplace (a "freemium platform") where private individuals and businesses can advertise horses, equipment, services and properties for free. We only provide the technical platform and are not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers.
It is free to post ads. The advertiser is responsible for the information being accurate and not breaking Swedish law. We reserve the right to refuse or remove ads that:
By agreement we may help create ads for advertisers; the advertiser remains responsible for the content.
Ads are active for 12 months (1 year) from the date they are created. After that they appear under "Expired" in My ads. There you can edit and save to reactivate the ad – it then gets a new validity period and is shown as active again.
It is free to advertise on Hästannons.se. Boost is an optional premium add-on that lets you give the ad new life as if it were "new" with an updated publication date, without deleting the ad and posting it again.
Boost is available for selected ad categories (e.g. horse-related categories shown in the service at the time of purchase). The price is shown clearly before you pay (currently 49 kr per boost, unless otherwise displayed). Payment is made via our payment partner according to the methods offered at checkout.
Boost affects how the ad is sorted and shown higher in relevant feeds through the updated date. We do not guarantee any particular placement, display frequency or sale – the add-on only concerns the technical ability to renew the ad’s date/placement according to the service at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust the price, availability and design of the Boost feature over time. If you have questions about a completed purchase, contact us at kontakt@hastannons.se.
Stable book is a digital stable journal with, among other things, AI health analysis, training and competition diaries, reminders, a feed calculator, stable schedule and storage of images and documents. Parts of Stable book are provided as a paid service, "Stable book Premium".
Price: Stable book Premium costs 49 kr per month or 499 kr per year. All prices include VAT. Payment is made in advance via our payment partner (Stripe) with the methods offered at checkout.
Free trial: New users may be offered a 14-day free trial. If the subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically becomes a paid subscription and the chosen price is charged. Existing users who have already used Stable book can subscribe without a trial.
Automatic renewal: The subscription runs until further notice and renews automatically at the end of each period (each month or each year) at the then-current price, until it is cancelled.
Cancellation: You can cancel the subscription at any time via My pages/the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to Stable book Premium until then.
Right of withdrawal: As a consumer you normally have 14 days’ withdrawal right for distance purchases under Swedish distance-selling law. Because Stable book Premium is a digital service provided immediately, you agree at purchase that delivery starts at once. You understand that the withdrawal right ends when the service has been fully performed, and that if you withdraw during an ongoing period you may have to pay for the part already delivered.
Refunds: No refund is given for a period already paid if you cancel.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices and the subscription’s content and design. Material price changes are announced in advance and take effect no earlier than the next billing period, so you can cancel before the change applies.
AI features: Stable book’s AI-based analyses and insights (e.g. health analysis and interpretation of lab results) are an aid and are not veterinary advice. They do not replace assessment by a veterinarian or other professional. Always contact a veterinarian with questions about your horse’s health.
Your data: You own the content you add to Stable book (images, documents, records, etc.) and are responsible for saving or exporting your material before a cancellation if needed. After the subscription ends, access to Premium features and stored material may cease. See our Privacy policy for how long data is kept.
By uploading images, video, text or other material in the service you grant WeFlipped Group AB a non-exclusive right to use the material to operate and develop Hästannons.se, and to display and reuse it in marketing, advertising and our social media channels (e.g. our Instagram account), to the extent reasonable for a marketplace. You keep your own rights to the material; this does not transfer copyright to us.
You confirm that you have the right to use and share the material and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Hästannons.se provides a tool for creating and managing invoices (the "Invoicing tool"). Use of this tool is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Our service allows booking of times and activities directly via the advertiser’s profile.
WeFlipped Group AB is not liable for damage arising from errors in the service, lost data, or disputes between users.
